  • Overview and Responsibilities


    • Nickelodeon Animation has an exciting new opportunity for an Asset Coordinator to work on a CG animated sitcom in Unreal Engine. We are seeking candidates who are familiar with the CG animation pipeline and Unreal Engine 4. The Asset Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Asset Manager/TD in coordinating the production of all assets.


    • Maintain contact with all vendor studios and ensure that their question are answered and they received needed materials in a timely manner.
    • Ensure all props and set pieces are built to scale during the motion capture shoot week.
    • Source marketplace assets.
    • Have a working knowledge of all assets and their locations.
    • Enforce naming conventions for assets through out the pipeline.
    • Flag potential problems and delays for the Production Manager and the Line Producer.
    • Read and respond to internal and outside studio production e-mails in a timely manner.
    • Assist on special projects.



    Basic Qualifications


    • Working Knowledge of Maya a must.
    • Working Knowledge of Unreal is a must
    • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, familiarity with internet and email.
    • Knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced production environment.
    • Good time management skills; good multi-tasker.


    • BA/BS preferred, or 6 months to 1 year of animation production experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience using Perforce and Version Control Software
    • Previous experience with Motion Capture
