  • Overview and Responsibilities


    • Nickelodeon Animation has an exciting new opportunity for a Production Assistant to work on a CG animated sitcom. We are seeking candidates who are familiar with the CG animation pipeline and Unreal Engine 4. The Production Assistant is responsible for providing support to the creative and technical teams on a daily basis, preparing pre-production materials, and coordinating logistics


    • Provides general assistance to production employees, artists, coordinators, production managers and producers
    • Responsible for basic office duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scheduling
    • Assist in the preparation of production materials
    • Properly file, label, and arrange correspondence, invoices, recorded media, folders and all pre-production materials
    • Assist in the creation of various documents, files, orders, scripts, and research material
    • Take notes during creative and technical meetings
    • Assist with logistics during the shoot week
    • Order and maintain production supplies
    • Provide daily support to production leads
    • Complete special projects as needed or requested



    Basic Qualifications


    • 1+ years of experience working in television animation, feature animation, or video games
    • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with production team including Producers, Directors and artists via written and verbally
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and keep a team on schedule
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Is a team player, who genuinely enjoys working with others
    • Must have a positive attitude and encourage collaboration


    • Previous Experience with Unreal Engine
    • Previous Experience with Maya
    • Interested in Game Engine technology and motion capture
